Another full week at La Villa, this time we had again the brothers Alan and Paul S., and Carl B. from the USA; and John E., Peter D., and Tim I. from the UK. All repeating anglers except for Peter who had his first experience with the Fuegian anadromous trout.

Even though we had a slow week, and managed to land 58 fish, we had many more hookups and action.

The Top Rod was Paul S. who landed 19 fish, and the biggest of the week was John’s 24 pounder.

The average catch a day per angler was 1.61 fish.

Here comes the highlight of the week and probably the season. The average weight was amazing, an incredible: 13.7 POUNDS average weight.

The best I ever seen and I've been guiding on the Rio Grande for 15 years.
